Orientation to Zen, led by Michael Kieran, will be offered on Saturday, February 6 from 9 am to noon at the Rinzai Zen Mission. This is an wonderful opportunity to learn the forms and the practice.

A regular zazenkai will begin after lunch.

Also it would be helpful if folks wore solid, dark, modest clothing (cover shoulders–no shorts). Black is best.
